Description

Hydraulic Brake Assist. The Hydratech Braking Systems Hydraulic Brake Assist Unit is engineered to improve braking performance for specific Corvette brake configurations. It provides additional hydraulic power to the brakes, working in conjunction with the master cylinder to enhance braking responsiveness. This unit is ideal for modernizing classic brake systems while maintaining compatibility with original Corvette components.

Construction and Appearance. Featuring precision CNC machined T6 billet aluminum adapter plates, this unit offers strength and durability. The components are finished to a high standard, designed to complement the under-hood appearance without compromising structural integrity.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills and does not involve complex drilling or fabrication. The unit mounts using a firewall extension tube assembly and is designed for use with the early/long master cylinder pushrod setup.

Application. Specifically designed to fit 53-62 Corvette C1 without 4-Wheel Drum Brakes.
