Construction and Appearance. Constructed with aircraft-quality aluminum using 100% TIG welded seams, this radiator offers durability and significant weight reduction compared to traditional brass units. It features a polished top and tanks for a custom show appearance, billet aluminum filler neck, and incorporates OEM style brass petcock and a high-performance 16lb radiator cap for added functionality and aesthetics.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a saddle mount design requiring minimal modifications; however, note that the increased thickness of this 3-row radiator may interfere with some stock fan or clutch configurations, potentially necessitating cooling fan adjustments. No drilling is generally required for proper fitment.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 1969 through 1972 Corvette C3 models equipped with the 350/5.7L V8 engine, this radiator supports various transmission types and is optimized for this generation’s engine bay configuration.
