Description

Electric Cooling Solution. The DeWitts Dual Radiator Fans, Electric, 11 Direct-Fit, 1969-1982 are designed to replace engine-driven fans for reliable cooling system temperature control. Controlled manually or by a temperature switch, they provide optimal cooling whenever the vehicle is in motion or idling. This upgrade frees underhood space by eliminating the engine-driven fan, clutch, and spacer.

Construction and Appearance. These fans feature a pair of 11-inch SPAL electric fans with IP68-rated waterproof sealed motors, built for durability and quiet operation. They are mounted in composite shrouds that maximize radiator core coverage, with air pressure relief flaps to enhance airflow management. Custom pressed aluminum brackets and hardware ensure a corrosion-resistant and sturdy mounting solution.

Installation. Installation is straightforward thanks to custom aluminum mounting brackets designed to fit the GM crossflow radiator’s original hat channel. This allows for a clean, secure fitment without the need for drilling.

Application. Specifically designed to fit 70-82 Corvette C3 models equipped with the original GM hat channel crossflow radiator design.
