The Radiator, Aluminum, Small Block & Manual Transmission, Direct-Fit, 69-72 is engineered to improve cooling efficiency for small block Corvettes equipped with factory options from 1969 to 1972. It ensures optimized temperature management, critical for vehicles with automatic transmissions, air conditioning, or special engines like the LT1 and L46. Proper cooling extends engine life and maintains performance under demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This radiator utilizes dual rows of one-inch wide aluminum cooling tubes for increased heat dissipation, providing a 25% increase in cooling performance. It features factory-style press-formed aluminum end tanks, serpentine cooling fins, and upper and lower channels identical to the original design. The entire core is precision brazed in a modern aluminum brazing furnace, resulting in a robust, epoxy-free, durable assembly designed for long-term use.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with a direct-fit design, requiring no modifications to factory mounts or mounting points. No drilling or special tools are necessary, simplifying the upgrade process for enthusiasts and professionals alike.

      Warranty. Comes with a limited lifetime warranty, assuring quality and reliability over the product’s lifespan.
