      Description

      High-Performance Flexplate. The PRW Power Sportsman Series SFI Rated Flexplate; 168-Tooth is designed to withstand the demands of high horsepower engines by providing a dependable connection between the engine�s crankshaft and the torque converter. This flexplate is essential for transferring power efficiently and ensuring smooth operation in performance and racing applications.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from cold-rolled chromoly steel, this flexplate features forged one-piece steel ring gears that are precision welded using robotic machinery and a cold-welding process to meet rigorous SFI specifications. It also boasts a gold irradiate finish that offers protection against rust and enhances durability under extreme conditions.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with its direct bolt-on design, requiring no drilling or modifications, making it accessible for both enthusiasts and professional mechanics alike.

      Application. Specifically engineered for use on 1957-85 Small Block V8 Chevrolet Corvettes, covering C1 through C4 generations. This flexplate fits engines with early internal balance and transmission TH400, accommodating torque converter bolt patterns of 3 x 10.75" and 3 x 11.50" GM.
