      Description

      Ultra-Seal Intake Manifold Gaskets. The Mr. Gasket Ultra-Seal Intake Manifold Gaskets are engineered to provide a reliable and durable seal between the intake manifold and the engine block. These gaskets effectively seal intake and coolant passages to prevent leaks that can cause performance issues or engine damage, making them ideal for replacement, performance applications, and racing use.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from a cellulose/nitrile composition material, these gaskets feature silicone beading around each intake and water outlet port on both sides to enhance sealing strength. They have a textured surface and come complete with manifold end seals and a distributor gasket, ensuring a comprehensive sealing solution.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with no need for special tools or drilling. The silicone beading eliminates the requirement for additional gasket sealer in most areas, simplifying the assembly process while ensuring a tight, reliable seal.

      Warranty. This product includes a manufacturer's limited 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit the 1985 through 1991 Chevrolet Corvette C4 equipped with 305 or 350 Gen I Small Block engines with Tuned Port Injection (TPI). This gasket set is not compatible with other generations or models outside this configuration.
