This accessory enhances comfort and safety while driving a classic Corvette equipped with side exit exhaust systems.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from hand polished high quality stainless steel, these heat shields deliver durability and corrosion resistance with a sleek, shiny finish. The design incorporates a Chevrolet script with a bowtie emblem, adding authentic styling to match the classic vehicle aesthetics.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling. The complete kit includes all necessary stainless steel hardware and a special Thermo-Tec header wrap, designed to prevent pipe-to-clamp contact while withstanding continuous heat up to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

      Application. Designed specifically to fit side header exhaust tubes measuring 3.5 to 4 inches in diameter on 1963-1982 Corvette C2 and C3 models.
