      Description

      Headlight Actuator Upgrade. The Auto Accessories of America Headlight Motor Electric Actuator Upgrade Conversion Kit replaces the troublesome vacuum-operated headlight system on 1968-1982 Chevrolet Corvettes. It allows the headlights to pop up and down like later C4/C5 models, operates without engine vacuum, and enhances reliability and modern functionality.

      Construction and Appearance. The kit is Made in America and engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications; it utilizes robust Delphi Weatherpack connectors, and contains standard 1988-2004 Corvette electronic actuator components enclosed in durable housings with a clean, hidden installation appearance under the vehicle.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring only two 5/16-inch holes to mount the headlight module, no cutting or permanent modifications needed, and no work under the dash.
