Description
Superior Ignition Performance. The MSD Wire Set, Black Super Conductor is engineered to deliver high energy with low resistance spark wire performance, optimized for engines with headers or low profile distributors. It is designed to efficiently transfer spark energy to each spark plug while minimizing electromagnetic interference, ensuring reliable ignition and improved engine performance.
Construction and Appearance. This wire set features a copper alloy conductor wrapped helically around a ferro-magnetic impregnated core to suppress EMI. The conductor core incorporates Dupont Kevlar for enhanced tensile strength, all encased within a proprietary, abrasion-resistant black outer sleeve crafted to withstand high heat environments common in demanding applications.
Installation. Installation of this wire set is straightforward and does not require drilling or special modifications. It is designed to fit specific small block Chevrolet engines equipped with low profile distributors, facilitating a direct, secure connection.
Warranty. Includes a Manufacturer’s Limited One Year Warranty.
Application. Fitment includes small block Chevy engines. This wire set is compatible with Chevrolet Corvette models C1 through C3 from their respective production years as applicable. Always verify fitment with your specific vehicle.
