Description

The Aeromotive PressureWorx Ally Controller for KPM1500 Fuel Pump Modules provides a vital electronic control system that allows modern OEM vehicles and aftermarket ECMs with Fuel System Control Modules (FSCMs) to properly regulate twin high-power Bosch pumps. It optimizes fuel pump operation by modulating pump speed through pulse width modulation (PWM), significantly reducing power consumption and thermal load during idle and cruise conditions, which prevents vapor lock and excessive pump wear.

This controller is built using high-quality, UL94 rated components with all wiring cross-linked polyethylene for durability and resistance to automotive environments. It features OEM Delphi/Aptiv-grade electrical connectors and seals ensuring reliable, weatherproof connections. The compact module measures approximately 4" x 2.1" x 1-5/8" and includes thermal and short circuit protection circuits for safe, long-lasting operation.
