Description
Premium Copper Gasket. The Mr. Gasket Exhaust Manifold Gaskets for Small Block engines provide a reliable seal between the exhaust manifold and cylinder head, preventing exhaust leaks. This gasket is designed to withstand high-performance and extreme heat conditions, making it suitable for racing and turbocharged engines.
Construction and Appearance. Made from “Dead Soft” solid copper material with a thickness of .043" and a .051" embossment around each exhaust port to ensure a tight seal over uneven surfaces. It has a total thickness of .094", offering durability and excellent sealing under extreme heat. The natural copper finish provides both strength and flexibility.
Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skills with no drilling necessary, making it straightforward for both professional mechanics and experienced enthusiasts.
Warranty. Backed by a limited 90-day manufacturer’s warranty.
Application. Engineered to fit 56-91 Corvette C1, C2, C3 & C4 models with Chevrolet Gen I Small Block engines featuring rectangular ports.
