Technically speaking the fabric is different because the one-layer fabric goes thru the Nextec encapsulation process which non-technically speaking is the very best way to make an extraordinary fabric. In fact this process also gives this fabric a 9 out of 10 rating for simple dust protection too!. Like other Covercraft covers, the Weathershield® cover has these quality features: double stitched seams, neoprene elastic front and rear for a snug fit and reinforced, non-scratch car cover lock grommet.
