      Description

The Baer SS4 Rear Big Brake Kit with 12-Inch Rotors; Comp Yellow Calipers delivers superior braking power and control for enhanced vehicle safety and performance. Designed for rear axle applications, this kit upgrades your braking system with modern components for improved stopping power and durability.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from CNC machined US-sourced forged or billet aluminum, the calipers feature a powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and enhanced aesthetics. Hard anodized aluminum pistons, stainless steel abutments, and noise suppression clips ensure long-lasting performance and reduced operational noise. The rotor is one-piece, slot-drilled, vented, and zinc-plated to resist corrosion and improve cooling efficiency.

      Installation. Installation is moderately straightforward and does not require rotor drilling, as the rotors come pre-drilled and slot-cut. This kit mounts directly using OE housing ends, simplifying the upgrade process for compatible vehicles.

      Application. This kit fits 1982 to 1992 Camaro and Firebird models equipped with OE Saginaw 10-Bolt C-Clip Drum Brake Housing Ends and is designed to meet the demands of these vehicles with minimal modification.
