The UMI Performance Drag Race Double Adjustable Rear Coilover Kit with ride height adjustability is designed to enhance rear suspension performance in 1982 to 2002 GM F-Body Camaro and Firebird vehicles. This kit provides adjustable ride height and damping control, allowing drivers to fine-tune handling characteristics for drag race, street, and autocross/road race applications. It delivers improved traction and suspension consistency under various driving conditions.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features laser-cut 3/16” mild steel brackets that are powder-coated for corrosion resistance and durability. Viking double adjustable shocks with 19 settings each for compression and rebound provide precise tuning capability. Coil springs are available in multiple rates tailored for different performance needs, delivering both strength and consistency.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with a bolt-in design that requires drilling one 3/8” hole per side but eliminates the need for welding. This ensures a secure fitment while maintaining ease of installation for experienced enthusiasts.

Application. This kit is engineered to integrate with the factory rear suspension setup on 1982-2002 GM F-Body Camaro and Firebird models. Compatibility with other brand sway bars and larger diameter control arms is not guaranteed and may require additional modifications.
