      Description

      Engine Mount Replacement. The UMI Performance SBC Engine Mounts; Clamshell provide a heavy-duty solution to replace the original clamshell engine mounts on GM 3rd Gen F-body vehicles. These mounts secure the Small Block Chevy engine precisely in the factory position, helping to improve engine stability and performance under demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from 3/16-inch thick mild steel plates, these mounts are CNC laser cut for exact tolerances and feature grade 8 mounting hardware. They are finished with a durable gloss black powder coat that offers long-lasting protection and an attractive appearance.

      Installation. Installation is designed to be a direct bolt-on process with no modifications or drilling required, making it straightforward for professional and enthusiast mechanics alike.

      Application. These engine mounts are specifically designed for 1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro models and are not compatible with Oldsmobile or Pontiac engines. They are ideal for enhancing engine mounting stability for both street and racing use.
