Corvette Console Tunnel Insulation, 1963-1967

As the owner of a 1963-67 Corvette you know the cockpit can get extremely hot and the underbody stock insulation is inadequate. Now you can add insulation that incorporates today’s technology in an easy to install insulation that doesn’t require getting under the car. Simply remove the console trim, peel back the carpet and use 3M Spray Trim Adhesive (P/N A5409) to glue the insulation in place. The insulation is precut so no trimming is required and it’s larger than the stock insulation on 1963-67’s to provide greater cooling and make your air conditioning more effective. Made of a fiberglass composite and joined to an aluminum skin, you’ll find this insulation makes a big difference in interior temperatures.
