Description
The legendary Chevrolet 327, reborn. This new engine offers that original, high revving 327 performance and sound, first found in the Corvette, and combines it with some modern improvements. Unlike the original, this 327 is built with a factory GM 4-bolt main block and big valve (2.02/1.6) iron cylinder heads. We offer a choice of 2 camshafts: a standard hydraulic flat tappet performance cam, or for the purists, an exact blueprint of the original "30/30" Duntov solid lifter Corvette cam. This engine delivers the best of modern reliability combined with that classic performance and sound of the original 327. This engine comes complete from intake to oil pan and painted in classic Chevrolet orange.
