      I have these... How do they work exactly?!

      The small end of the rubber well nut goes into the core support first and stops at the large end shoulder. Next, the voltage regulator goes on top of the large end and the three bolts are put into the mounting holes of the voltage regulator. As the bolts tighten into the well nut, you will notice the small end begin
