Description
Quarter Panel Reinforcement. The Corner Reinforcements, Quarter Panel, Coupe provide essential support for the edge of the quarter panel where the window felt attaches. This reinforcement prevents stress cracks commonly found near the end of the drip rail when missing, ensuring structural integrity after quarter panel repairs or replacements.
Construction And Appearance. These panels are accurate reproductions of the original quarter panel reinforcement, designed to weld securely to both the quarter panel at the quarter window lip and the inner quarter. The finish replicates the OEM style, ensuring a factory-correct restoration look.
Installation. Installation requires welding the reinforcement to the main body pillar and quarter panel. Moderate skill level is needed, and no drilling is typically required as the panel aligns with existing body contours.
