Description

The ACT Twin Disc Max Extreme Race Ceramic Clutch Kit; 26-Spline is engineered to deliver enhanced durability and superior torque capacity tailored for demanding race conditions. Its twin disc design offers improved heat resistance and extended wear life, ensuring reliable high-performance use on the track.

Construction and Appearance. This clutch kit incorporates two ceramic friction discs combined with a proprietary Positive Lift Floater System that provides quiet operation without posts that could wear prematurely. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated to maximize strength and durability, and each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat treatment process. Included is a CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel that ensures precise fitment and smooth operation at high RPMs.

Installation. Installation requires standard clutch replacement procedures with no need for drilling or modifications. Due to the race-focused design of this kit, professional installation is recommended.
