To start with the carpet they use is the original 16 oz. cut-pile which is then attached to a sound deadening and heat insulation mass back. Next, the carpet is molded to fit the contours of the floorboard perfectly. And to put the finishing touches on the carpet set ACC provides serged bindings where applicable, includes door panel carpet strips, a molded plastic left foot rest and molded heel pad.
