      Description

      Durable High-Performance Gaskets. The Mr. Gasket Big Block Header Gaskets deliver outstanding sealing performance for exhaust systems, particularly in racing and high-performance contexts. These reusable copper gaskets ensure a reliable seal between the exhaust headers and cylinder heads, preventing leaks and maintaining optimal exhaust flow.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from dead soft, solid copper material at .043" thickness, these gaskets feature a .051" embossment around each port to effectively seal uneven surfaces. The total gasket thickness is .094", and the natural copper finish adds durability and excellent heat resistance, making them ideal for extreme heat and turbocharged environments.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require special modifications such as drilling. The gasket’s design allows it to conform to minor surface irregularities, securing a tight fit with stock cylinder heads.

      Warranty. This product includes a manufacturer’s limited 90-day warranty.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 1965-1990 Chevrolet Big Block 396-454 engines with round port heads.
