      Description

      Sway bar mounting plates by UMI Performance are designed to repair damaged factory sway bar mounting bosses or add sway bar mounting when not equipped. These plates are made in the USA and are constructed from 3/16 steel with 3/8-16 weld nuts. They come in a bare steel finish and require drilling and welding for installation.
      Fitment Note: 1970-1973: Rear sway bars were not standard equipment, so frame rails do not have threaded bosses for sway bar mounting. UMI PN 2636 must be installed in this case.
      1974-1981: Frame rails have mounting bosses for sway bar brackets. If undamaged, these can be used with UMI 2634 and 2635 rear sway bars. UMI 2636 can be used as a repair plate if the factory threads or mounting area is damaged.
