New from the Eastwood Company, an industry leader in restoration supplies, is their version of automotive sound deadener. They bond a high-performance aluminum facing to 0.06" thick Butyl rubber to create a top-notch sound deadener. The other side of the Butyl is coated with a heavy duty adhesive & covered with a peel-off backing. This sound deadener is flexible enough to conform to uneven surfaces like your interior & trunk floors, even the doors. With its peel & stick simplicity, you can install it in an afternoon.
This cannot be used in high-heat zones.
