High-Temperature Protection. The HI-TMP SILCN-ALM is a silicone coating spray designed to restore, protect, and extend the life of surfaces exposed to extreme heat. It is ideal for use on exhaust wraps, grills, fire pits, and other metal components to guard against heat damage and environmental wear. Its capability to withstand temperatures up to 1200°F makes it essential for high-heat applications requiring durability and protection.

Construction and Appearance. This product comes in a 12 oz. aluminum spray can and features a fast-curing silicone formula that dries with a protective aluminum-colored finish. The coating seals fibers and forms a resilient surface that resists rust, grime, and weathering, ensuring long-lasting performance under demanding conditions.

Installation. Application is straightforward and requires no drilling, with a recommended cure cycle involving 2 hours at 400°F for optimal adhesion. Multiple coats may be applied as needed, especially on titanium exhaust wraps which require additional cycles for effective curing.

Warranty. The product includes a manufacturer warranty of limited duration.
