The BluePrint Engines Standard Edition Builder Series Small Block Chevy ProSeries 427 C.I. 540 HP Fuel Injected Crate Engine and TKX Manual Transmission with Polished Pulley Kit is designed to provide robust performance with modern fuel injection technology. This 540 horsepower, 535 lb-ft torque powerplant delivers reliable power and smooth operation suitable for high-performance street or custom builds. It integrates a durable crankshaft and forged components to ensure longevity and performance under demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This engine features a high-strength cast iron block, precision-machined in the USA, combined with aluminum cylinder heads engineered for optimum airflow and combustion efficiency. The hydraulic roller cam and forged internals provide enhanced durability and power output. A polished front accessory drive adds aesthetic appeal and functionality, complemented by a satin aluminum intake manifold and a Holley Sniper 2 EFI system for seamless fuel delivery and performance.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical knowledge. Customers must verify clearance and fitment of the front accessory drive as it may require minor fabrication or routing adjustments. The block is drilled and tapped for clutch linkage to simplify hookup with the included TKX manual transmission package, which contains a Mcleod Super Street Pro single disk clutch, hydraulic throw out bearing, bell housing, billet flywheel, and starter.

      Warranty. This engine comes with an industry-leading 30 months or 50,000 miles parts and labor warranty, providing peace of mind for both professional installers and enthusiast builders.

      Application. This crate engine fits a wide range of GM Small Block-compatible vehicles. Customers should confirm front accessory drive fitment and anticipate minor customizations for power steering hoses, wiring, and fittings. This engine is not intended for use in pollution-controlled vehicles.
