Description
Sporty Performance Upgrade. The Koni shock is a single-adjustable rear performance absorber for 1988–1996 Chevrolet Corvette models that lack electronic suspension. It provides tunable rebound from firm to soft, improving road-holding and cornering while maintaining street-friendly ride quality.
Construction And Appearance. The shock features a twin-tube, low-pressure gas-charged design, finished in Koni’s signature yellow. It’s built with high-precision machining, is rebuildable and re-valvable, and designed to complement lowering springs.
Installation. Installation is moderate in difficulty. On-car rebound setting requires removing one end of the shock to access the adjustment knob, and proper support and torque tools are necessary; no specialized drilling is required.
