1965-1967 Corvette Side Exhaust Covers
New reproduction pair of Side Exhaust Covers with mounting hardware for 1965, 1966, & 1967 Corvettes. Also easily installed on 1963 & 1964 Corvettes. Original GM part numbers 3872283 and 3872284.
Mounting hardware with correct 3880494 U-Nuts included at no additional charge (a $139 value!). The U-Nuts are just like the originals, including the “M” logo on each part. Unlike the generic replacements, ours will get the judging points.
Why choose our side pipe covers?
Strong definition throughout. The tooling is new and produces crisp lines and wrinkle-free bends. Highest quality control ensures quality and fit on the car.
Fiberglass heat shields are the right color: dark gray! GM used light grey fiberglass for the service or “over the counter” parts. The fibers are also visible, not a solid color fiberglass.
Securely bonded fiberglass heat shields.
Paint detail and masking are very accurate. They are a very high quality reproduction and sure to compliment your Corvette.
We obtained a set of the original blueprints to construct all new tooling for the covers, which became a 3 year project to reach our goal. Because our tooling is new, there are no gouges or other “tooling marks” that have been prevalent on the parts made from the original worn tooling. If you are looking for the most accurate parts to replace your original covers, you have found them!
