Description
UMI recommends their Grade 8 bolt upgrade kit for installing an aftermarket torque arm on the factory rear end and similar rear housings that use the long through bolt design. The kit includes longer 9/16" Grade 8 bolts to accommodate the thicker torque arm mounting plates. Using factory bolts with aftermarket torque arms may not provide enough threads, leading to potential failure and safety issues. Please note that this kit is not compatible with Moser Engineering 12-Bolt rear-end housings. For the Moser 12-Bolt, we recommend UMI P/N 2998.
