The Thermo Tec Cool-It Mat, measuring 24 inches by 50 feet, provides an effective solution to reduce excessive heat and noise in various areas of vehicles, including driver compartments, firewall, floorboards, doors, hoods, and transmission housings. It enhances driving comfort by minimizing intrusive sounds and managing heat infiltration.

This mat features a composite construction with resin-bonded silica insulation sandwiched between a reflective Foil Skrim Kraft (FSK) facing on one side and a foil layer on the other. The FSK facing acts as both a vapor and radiant barrier, while the foil side conducts heat for optimal dissipation. The mat is approximately one-half inch thick and designed for easy trimming and application.
