      Construction and Appearance. Made with aircraft-quality aluminum core, fittings, and tanks, this radiator offers up to 30% weight reduction compared to traditional brass units. It is fully TIG welded for increased strength and durability and features polished tops and tanks for a premium custom look. The design incorporates more cooling fins per inch to enhance heat transfer efficiency.

      Installation. Installation is generally straightforward. However, due to the increased core thickness compared to stock radiators, some cooling fan modifications may be required. No drilling is usually necessary as this radiator uses saddle mount fittings compatible with existing hardware.
