Construction and Appearance. These bushings feature a robust steel outer housing combined with a high-strength Delrin™ inner bushing and a steel crush tube. All components are precisely CNC machined to ensure an exact fit. The steel crush tube is coated with zinc electroplate and finished in yellow chromate for excellent corrosion resistance, while the steel housing allows for optional tack welding to prevent movement or distortion.

Installation. Installation is straightforward for those with moderate mechanical experience. No drilling is required, though tack welding the housing to the control arm is an optional step to secure the assembly and accommodate variations or wear in the control arm bore.
