Description
Nice reproduction of the original Firebird hood spring for your HO, Trans Am, Esprit or Standard Firebird. Old, original springs will lose tension over the years and cause the hood to drop slightly when it is open. Replace your original ones with this quality reproduction from Eckler's Firebird.
WARNING: Hood springs in general are not recommended for use on fiberglass hoods as the extra tension can cause stress cracks in the fiberglass reinforcement resulting in hood failure.
