      Description

      Rear End Brake Conversion. The Ford 9-Inch Rear End Disc Brake Conversion Kit with E-Brake and Powder Coated Red Calipers upgrades your pre-1980 Ford 9” rear end to high-performance disc brakes. It provides improved stopping power and includes all components needed for a complete rear disc brake setup with emergency brake functionality.

      Materials and Finish. This kit features cast iron single piston rear calipers powder coated in red for corrosion resistance and durability. It includes vented 11-inch rotors drilled to fit popular bolt patterns, rubber brake hoses, and all necessary mounting hardware for a professional and clean installation.

      Installation. Designed for a straightforward bolt-on installation with no drilling required, the kit includes brackets and flanges to fit the three most common Ford 9” rear end sizes, ensuring proper fitment without guesswork.

      Application. Fits 1957-1970 Ford Fairlane models with small bearing rear ends only. Please note the kit is not compatible with S-10 chassis, truck frames, or 14-inch rims due to rotor size constraints. The maximum rotor hat diameter is 6.11” with a 2.786” maximum register axle diameter.
