Description
The traditional memory saver used the cigarette lighter to back-feed your electrical system. Late model cars feature circuit breakers on their cigarette lighters to prevent damage. This new memory saver uses the battery posts (or side terminals) along with a 9V battery (not included) to provide enough power to keep your engine computer and radio settings intact while the battery is disconnected.
