Description
Original GM production methods for 1968-69 Camaros utilized the "doghouse" assembly style, which included the hood, header panel and fenders, painted separately from the rest of the body. If the car was to receive the optional DX1 front accent striping, the factory also painted the header panel and fender stripes. After assembling the whole body, they applied self-adhesive vinyl on the hood to complete the accent stripe. This paint stencil set from Rick's, manufactured to original factory striping specifications, allows you to paint all of the RPO DX1 front accent stripes on your car without using any vinyl.
