It enhances airflow and performance within the 1,500-6,500 RPM range, making it ideal for hot rods, street machines, and bracket racers seeking improved horsepower through optimized air charge cooling and flow.
Construction and Appearance. This intake manifold is crafted from high-quality aluminum and finished with a satin texture for durability and a sleek under-hood appearance. Its dual-plane design includes an open air gap under the plenum, isolating runners from engine heat to promote cooler and denser air intake.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill without the need for drilling modifications. Proper sealing with RTV silicone is necessary, and hardened washers should be used on intake bolts to prevent galling on the aluminum surface.
