Description
Heat Protection Coating. The Hi-Temp Silicone Coating Spray Aluminum provides an effective solution to restore and protect surfaces exposed to extreme heat. Designed to seal exhaust wraps and revitalize BBQ grills, fire pits, smokers, and other heat-exposed metal parts, it prolongs product life and resists environmental damage.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. This silicone-based coating is formulated for high-temperature resistance and is applied using a 12 oz. aerosol spray can. It cures into a durable, aluminum-colored finish that bonds tightly to fibers and metal surfaces, shielding them from heat and corrosion.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. The coating is easy to apply using its aerosol format and requires no drilling. It cures in approximately 2 hours at 400°F. Simple heat cycling is recommended for optimal adhesion on certain materials like titanium exhaust wraps.
