    Anyone who has ever worked on those great '40s Fords knows that the hood operation isn't so great. Many a broom lost its bristles when the handle became a prop so that the hood could stay open more, and would ensure it wouldn't close on an unlucky mechanic. This reasonably priced conversion will fix all of that. It bolts in place of the original springs, and comes with the hardware to install. Your hood will open more, and you can leave it partially open if you prefer. The powder coated brackets even look good. Save an innocent broom, and order this useful kit today!
