Description
These quality relined brake shoes are available to replace your worn ones. Please check yours before ordering so you can be sure these are the correct size. They will work with 11 inch drums, and are a full 3" wide. Common uses were 1961-68 Galaxie wagon/HD brakes & police cars, 1967 full-size Ford equipped with a 427, 1969-72 full-size Ford with 3" wide brakes except taxis, 1957-64 full-size Mercury wagons, 1964 full-size Mercury HD brakes & police cars, 1965-68 full-size Mercurys with HD brakes, police cars, & wagons, and 1969-71 full-size Mercury with 3" wide drums. As you can see these were put on large vehicles which needed serious stopping power.
