Solid Floor Repair. The Under Seat Floor Pan restores structural integrity in the rear under-seat area when rust, thin metal, or prior patchwork has weakened the original floor. As a driver-side rear model section sized 21 L x 31 W, it helps rebuild a clean foundation for interior components while bringing back a more uniform, factory-like floor shape. Crafted from original gauge steel with EDP coating, it is intended for 1955 - 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air models, 1955 - 1957 Chevrolet 150 models, 1955 - 1957 Chevrolet 210 models, and 1955 - 1957 Chevrolet Nomad models.
Construction and Appearance. This panel is formed from original gauge steel to provide dependable strength and a stable weld surface for long-term repairs. The EDP coating adds a protective barrier that helps resist corrosion during storage and after installation, supporting a cleaner foundation before topcoats or seam sealer are applied. Accurate shaping is designed to keep contours consistent so the repaired section looks tidier and integrates more naturally with surrounding metal.
Installation. The adaptable design supports a versatile installation by allowing the damaged section to be removed and the replacement panel to be aligned and joined using standard metal-repair procedures. Trim and test-position the piece as needed so edges meet cleanly, then secure it with appropriate welding or fastening practices while maintaining consistent panel height and alignment. After attachment, seal seams and protect bare metal areas to help preserve the repair, then verify the surface is smooth and stable before reinstalling interior components.
Application. This Under Seat Floor Pan fits 1955 - 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air models, 1955 - 1957 Chevrolet 150 models, 1955 - 1957 Chevrolet 210 models, and 1955 - 1957 Chevrolet Nomad models. Supplied as a single driver-side rear section, it helps restore a stronger floor structure and a cleaner under-seat area when completing rust repair or restoration work.
