This comprehensive kit contains all necessary components for a complete caliper overhaul, making it essential for maintaining optimal brake function.
Construction and Appearance. Each caliper includes durable stainless steel sleeves and O-ring pistons paired with premium seals, springs, and dust covers to prevent contamination and wear. The assembly is finished with long-lasting epoxy paint providing corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance that closely matches the original factory finish.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for experienced technicians or automotive enthusiasts familiar with brake systems. The components are designed to directly replace the factory parts for a clean fit with existing mounting points, requiring no modifications or drilling.
Application. Fits Chevrolet Corvette models from 1965 to 1982, including C2 and C3 generations. Note that the use of DOT 5 silicone brake fluid will void the manufacturer's warranty; it is recommended to use only DOT 3, 4, or 5.1 brake fluids.
