Description
Complete EFI System. This Ultimate LS1/LS2/LS6 500HP Intake Manifold Kit with 92mm Throttle Body and Transmission Control is a turnkey self-tuning induction system designed to optimize LS-based engines. It includes all necessary components to simplify installation and tuning, making it suitable for both DIY enthusiasts and professional tuners aiming to enhance engine performance. This kit manages fuel injection, ignition timing, and transmission control to deliver responsive and reliable power.
Construction and Appearance. The intake manifold is built from 3mm thick fabricated aluminum sheet metal, TIG welded for strength and durability. It features a low-profile design with a black anodized finish for corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance. The 92mm billet aluminum throttle body is cast and finished in black, ensuring high-flow efficiency and a professional look.
Installation. Installation is designed to be straightforward and does not require drilling, fitting directly to Cathedral Port LS1/LS2/LS6 heads. The included plug-and-play wiring harness and ECU facilitate wiring and setup, enabling faster installation compared to custom EFI systems.
Warranty. This system comes with a three-year limited warranty, providing coverage against defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Fits Cathedral Port LS1/LS2/LS6 cylinder heads and is compatible with 4L60, 4L65, 4L80, or 4L85 GM transmissions. Designed for LS-based Chevrolet small block V8 GEN III/IV engines producing up to 500 HP. Not approved for emission-controlled vehicles and primarily intended for retrofit into older, non-emission controlled engines.
