Description
High Flow Performance. The Flowpack Stainless 12-Inch Straight Muffler; 2-Inch Inlet/Outlet is designed to provide maximum exhaust flow with minimal restriction. Ideal for race applications or as a resonator or secondary muffler, it enhances performance by reducing back pressure and improving exhaust efficiency.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed with a 4-inch 304 stainless steel shell and a 400 series stainless steel perforated core, this muffler is packed with long-strand high-temp fiberglass for excellent sound absorption and durability. The bright annealed but unpolished finish ensures resistance to heat and corrosion.
_x000D_Installation. Installation requires basic exhaust fabrication skills; welding or clamping is necessary but no drilling is typically required. The muffler includes an expansion joint to prevent premature core breakage, ensuring long-lasting performance.
