      Powerful Performance Starter. The Powermaster PowerMAX GM LS Natural Starter delivers reliable engine cranking with a robust gear-reduction drive producing 160 lb/ft of torque. Designed to efficiently start engines with moderate compression ratios, it is ideal for replacing stock starters that clear standard or kicked-out oil pans.

      Construction and Appearance. This starter features a lightweight design with a billet aluminum mounting block and permanent magnets for high efficiency. It includes mounting hardware and multiple mounting orientations through the Infini-Clock system for flexibility and durability.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with adjustable mounting and includes a bolt and shim kit for proper fitment. Typically, no drilling is required to install this starter, simplifying the swap on compatible engines.
