Dual Exhaust System Overview. The Dual Exhaust System, Big Block, 396 & 427ci, Aluminized is engineered to enhance exhaust flow for 1965-1966 Chevrolet full-size models equipped with 396 and 427 cubic inch V8 engines. This system improves exhaust evacuation to increase engine performance and delivers the classic muscle car sound. It is designed as a direct replacement, preserving the iconic appearance and sound signature of these classic vehicles.

Construction and Appearance. Made from durable aluminized steel for corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance, this dual exhaust system includes a stock-style muffler and 2 ½" pipes for authentic sound and optimal flow. The two-piece tailpipe with an expanded slip joint and exhaust clamps allows for a snug fit, ease of assembly, and reduced shipping dimensions.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and includes all necessary clamps. It does not require drilling, cutting, or modifications to the vehicle’s frame or existing exhaust hangers. The system is designed for a precise fit to allow easy replacement of factory exhaust components.

Application. Specifically designed to fit 1965-1966 Chevrolet Biscayne and Impala models equipped with 396 and 427 cubic inch big block V8 engines. Tailpipes exit straight out the rear, maintaining the stock look and setup of these vehicles.
