The cargo floor is one of the largest visual features on a classic pickup, and the BedWood-X Floor Kit replaces that with a complete hardwood assembly that stays true to the truck's original character. Pine Wood boards, Mild Steel Punched Bed Strips, and a HydroSatin Finish work together to create a bed floor that looks clean, organized, and ready for years of service. The kit includes the hardware needed to complete the installation with the intended compatibility for 1953 - 1956 Ford F-100 models, 1953 - 1956 Ford F-250 models, and 1953 - 1956 Ford F-350 Flareside models with Long Bed.

      Construction and Appearance. Each Pine Wood board is pre-drilled before assembly to help maintain consistent spacing throughout the completed floor. The HydroSatin Finish brings out the natural variation in the wood while leaving a smooth surface that is easy to maintain. Mild Steel Punched Bed Strips separate the boards without interrupting the overall appearance with rows of exposed fasteners, giving the floor a cleaner presentation from front to back. Matching stainless steel hardware complements the trim pieces and completes a balanced combination of hardwood and polished metal that suits both working trucks and carefully restored projects.

      Installation. Installation begins by positioning the pre-drilled boards and trim pieces before securing the assembly to the bed frame with perimeter bolts. The included stainless steel hardware supplies the necessary fastening components, helping keep the installation organized from start to finish. Checking the alignment of every board before fully tightening the hardware helps maintain even gaps and a straight finished floor.
