Description
This anvil is one of the tools needed to properly install snaps into vinyl, like on convertible top boots. It was designed to hold the socket part of the snap while a flaring tool is used to secure the stud with the vinyl sandwiched in between. It has other uses however, so it's available here by itself if you need it.
