      Description

      The harmonic balance on your factory big block 1965-1969 Chevy Truck is a critical components of your engine. It attaches directly to the front of your engine on the crankshaft. It reduces torsional vibrations created by your engine as the cylinders fire. Without the balancer, your engine would vibrate so much that it would cause rapid engine failure. Harmonic balancer failure is a direct result of heat stress, wear due to road salt, crankshaft failure, stress caused by integrated drive pulleys.
