        Having trouble getting hot air out of your 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971 or 1972 Chevrolet or GMC truck's heater system other than on high speed? Most likely your blower motor resistor has gone bad. THe blower motor resistor is little fiberglass board uses a series of progressive resistors to regulate the motors speed throughout the switch range. The highest speed of the heater blower motor is not controlled by the resistor; so when the resistor fails, the fan will often work on the highest speed setting and not the lower speeds.
